Sometimes conformance to the accessibility guidelines takes time. If this is the case there are some quick and easy fixes that you can do immediately that will enable people to access the essential areas of your site. Please note that following these quick and easy fixes is not necessarily going to make your site compliant to the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, but it will make more content available to people with disabilities.
If a person cannot access the information on the site it is imperative that they can contact someone in the organisation who can give them the assistance they need. Ensure contact details are obvious and easy to access (i.e. by putting your contact details on the home page).
For example, the Villa Maria site has a variety of contact details available from their homepage.

People may not be able to access the important pages in your site if your navigation:
If the navigation is not accessible then one solution is to provide navigational text links within the body of the page.
The Disability Queensland web site has rollover sub-menus which are not available with JavaScript disabled.

However users with JavaScript disabled can still click on the "Support & Services" link and then can access the sub-menus from the body of the page.
