Victorian Public Service - Government 2.0 Risk Register and Management Plan

Department of Premier and Cabinet, August 2010.

This risk management plan uses an excel spreadshet to enable you to document the following risks related to your Government 2.0 initiatives:

  • Strategic risks - those that relate to the medium to long term sustainability of the Department
  • Reputation risks - those that damage key statekholder perception of Departmental credibility
  • Cost risks - those that cause costs to exceed budget
  • Target performance risks - those that cause budget paper no. 3 and other aims and objectives not to be met
  • Schedule risks - those that cause services and projects not to be delivered on time
  • Fit for Purpose risks - those that cause services and projects not to deliver stated aims and objectives
  • Personal Injury risks - those that harm staff and members of the public.
