North East Water uses AutoCAD Map 3D software and online maps to drive enhanced productivity and asset management. North East Water is a regional water corporation that delivers water and wastewater service to 38 communities in North East Victoria, Australia, one of the fastest growing rural regions in Victoria. Serving an estimated 113,000 people in an area of over 21,000 square kilometers, North East Water operates an extensive network of water and wastewater infrastructure assets.

"A Victorian Government employee on secondment at Deloitte approached the Online team in late October 2010 to explore the possibility of building an iPhone application for the upcoming Victorian State Election. Would it be possible to create an iPhone app that would help Victorians, both in Victoria and abroad, to find the closest places to vote, both before, and on election day. Time would be of the essence with the election was just over a month away... Deloitte worked closely with key members from Information Victoria and the Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) to come up with an elegant and usable iPhone application to display VEC information about voting centres and election results..."
