Only 43% use government services online

The Star Online, Wednesday November 30, 2011. "PUTRAJAYA: Although one-third of government services are now available online, most Malaysians still do not use them.

Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (Mampu) director-general Datuk Mohamad Zabidi Zainal said online services provided by the Government only recorded 43% usage.

“Most are young users living in urban areas..."
