It shows that they provide fewer options for people facing the most stressful events, notably dealing with a death, placing a relative into care and reporting a birth. Carried out by Kable and commissioned by online service designer EzGov Europe, it investigates the maturity of seven key life events on governmental websites, providing gradings of one to five based on information accessibility, online functionality of key processes, and internal and cross-departmental links..."
