Web Guidelines Draft Version 3.0 Consultation

State Services Commission, October 2006. "... The Web Guidelines working and advisory groups have reviewed the current Web Guidelines V2.1 and developed a draft Version 3.0. Version 3.0 does not differ radically from the previous version; the emphasis has been on removing duplication and dated material and making the standards more usable. The standards included in Version 3.0 can all be measured and tested, making the document much more effective for government agencies. All the other non-standards requirements in the document are identified as either a recommendation or good practice. The draft version 3.0 is available for feedback from 10 October 2006 to 31 October 2006..."
