Paper presented by Nicholas Gruen to the Gov 2.0 Summit, Washington DC, September 7-8, 2010.
Nicholas discusses the concept of a new ‘economics of abundance’ in which public goods are privately provided. He puts forward the point that Government 2.0 means nothing less than a new relationship between the public and private sector to achieve common goals.
