State & Local: Web 2.0 tools' use is on the rise in local government, PTI study finds

The Dot Gov Buzz, Volume 4 Issue 10: October 27, 2009. "All the respondents to the Public Technology Institute's survey of local government said they use wikis internally for project management, information sharing and collaboration. The survey was sent to 350 city and county government IT executives, e-government directors and web managers. Fifteen percent of those officials responded to the survey..."
