For my daily dose of SEO knowledge I visit the Webmasterworld forum. I am one of the volunteer moderators there. People can discuss problems in a generic manner but are not allowed to post links to their own websites. This keeps the discussion on topic and of value to a larger number of participants.

I also visit Search Engine Journal for interesting articles by several authors.

I also visit SEOmoz from time to time. They have some interesting blog posts and videos about SEO.
